SIGNING UP FOR A LIBRARY CARD DOES NOT RESERVE A COMPUTER FOR YOU.ģ. Library Cards are free, and provide you with access to many programs and services. In the form, in Question 3, when asked to CERTIFY: "I would not have access to a computer for my educational needs if I was not provided a computer by this program" this must be true and you must answer yes to receive a computer.
